Lovely family stay.
Stayed at this cottage during aug bank holiday week and really enjoyed it. 3 adults and 2 children. The cottage is clean and comfortable. A welcome basket of local food (teabags milk eggs Welsh cakes cheese and chutney) was appreciated and the beds were made up and comfortable for our late night arrival. The cottage is well located and within easy reach of beaches and local attractions. We visited Llandudno, Abergele beach, Colwyn Bay beach, Abergele leisure centre and Chester zoo during our stay. My young children (3&5) enjoyed walking through the country roads of the farm to say good night to the animals in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's a small freezer compartment in the fridge which is more than enough for a family week away. There is a tumble dryer available for shared use as well as efficient central heating and a clothes airer in the cottage. The shared area also has a selection of games and DVDs available to borrow. We also left some extras that we bought with us from home to add to the collection. The en suite bathroom has a HUGE waterfall shower and there's a large bath in the family bathroom. Only tiny things that could be improved, altho they didn?t negatively impact on our holiday in any way, not enough teaspoons for a heavy tea drinker. And only 4 placements for a 5 bed cottage. Thank you to the owners for providing lovely clean and comfortable accommodation for our summer holiday. Add a hot tub and you would have the perfect 5* break.

The owners were tremendous, helpful and friendly. They took the time and trouble to explain about the farm to us. I have never met nicer or more accommodating owners. The location is perfect, near everything and far enough to be in the country. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful situation and well designed, comfortable accommodation.
Mrs Hurst

The accommodation was clean and very modern and the welcome pack of goodies and essentials was a lovely surprise. We were welcomed and shown round the property and told if there was anything we needed just to give the owners a shout. Highly recommended
