This superb, terraced cottage situated on the outskirts of Cheddleton in Staffordshire, sleeps six people in three bedrooms.

Daisy Cottage is a delightful terraced cottage situated next to a canal and steam railway line, on the edge of the village of Cheddleton, three miles from Leek. Set over three floors, the cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of one second floor double leading to a twin and one further double, as well as a ground floor bathroom. The cottage also has a galley kitchen, and a sitting room with dining area and a woodburner.

Outside, there is off road parking for one car and a front lawned garden with a decked area, summerhouse, chiminea and furniture. Daisy Cottage is a great base with walks and cycle routes in the area, as well as many other attractions that suit all tastes.

Daisy Cottage is a gorgeous cottage, within walking distance of the steam railway, canal and of course the pub! It is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and is a perfect place to get away for a few days.

Lovely weekend away, Beautiful cottage!
We stayed at Daisy Cottage in Cheddleton for the bank holiday weekend, it was so much more than we expected! Local pub is literally a stones throw away- friendly locals and the canal and garden in the picture that attracted us to this cottage did not disappoint! Litealy could not fault this cottage... the owners have thought of everything from shower gel to cotton buds and even a baby monitor! Everywhere was lovely and clean, more than big enough for family of 5. There is also a keysafe outside which was good for us late arrivals! We went to Alton towers which was a short drive away and a lovely cafe called the country kitchen/cafe which was on the way to alton towers, which i would definitely recommend! We would not hesitate to come back here again or recommend! Thank you so much for a lovely weekend x

Tranquil location and interesting 3 level cottage
This cottage has so much charm and character it was a pleasure to stay here. So well equipped too with everything I needed in the kitchen to cook for the family. The loft bedroom was ideal for the teenagers and the whole cottage is decorated as if it's a family home with lots of little knick knacks and additional equipment like satellite TV and iPod docking station. Watching the long boats passing the bottom of the garden was nice and we townies learnt a thing or two about locks!

Absolutely wonderful few days break in a superb location
I booked this lovely little cottage at short notice. We were also joined by our youngest son and partner. The house was lovely and clean and in a superb location - canal, pub and steam train all within a minute's walk. The canal was at the bottom of the garden where the ducks came to be fed every day (duck food supplied). The neighbours were lovely (human anad animal). Thank you so much Jo and Marcus for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage and it was so nice to meet you both. We hope to come and stay again (if you'll let us) - hopefully for a longer holiday next time.
