Wonderful property, wonderful hosts! This one bedroomed studio was done to a very high standard, there is woods opposite the house perfect for walking the dog. The private garden was excellent and it is only a 40 minute walk into Market Rasen.

Fantastic location fantastic place!
We have just had a lovely week here at Ashfield Studio, which is dog friendly and has its own private garden and all the mod cons. The property is stunning and the hosts Denise and Martin are non intrusive and the font of knowledge about the local area. There is a superb cafe next door which does an amazing brekkie for £5! The location of this modern clean property is perfect for exploring the local area. Right opposite Denise and Martins beautiful 2 acre garden is Osgodby Woods which provides great dog walks. It is a 40 minute walk along a path into Market Rasen which we did with our Hungarian Viszla Chilli many times! I would highly recommend this property for holidays, and we will visit again and again... Oh and again!
