This granary conversion is situated in the North Lincolnshire village of Wroot and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

The Granary, Rye House is a cosy conversion of a former granary, next to the owners' home in the North Lincolnshire village of Wroot. Set mostly over the first floor, this cottage sleeps four people and has a zip/link super king-size double, a second floor mezzanine single, a wet room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed. Outside there's off road parking for three cars and shared use of a lawned garden with small, unfenced pond. The Granary, Rye House is a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire and beyond.

Stayed at the Granary for 2 weeks when we had to return to the UK for a funeral. The village is small but not too far from Epworth which has good pubs and shops. The accommodation is cozy with everything you need the washing machine was very handy with staying there a while. Good cooking facilities and very helpful hosts we even got help clearing the snow away from the drive when we left after the cold snap hit the country for the second time. We will definitely stay there again as it has everything you need. Very cozy and quaint for a place in a lovely friendly village.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the furnishings were of a high quality. It was very useful to have the instruction booklets for all the appliances in the cottage.

First class accommodation, which was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. The owners made us feel very welcome on arrival with a full description of all amenities. This made for an extremely pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this holiday cottage to everyone.
