A fantastic house with everything you could possibly need. It is in the perfect location for visiting a lot of places. Our host was friendly and very welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a fantastic stay at the property. There was everything we could possibly want in this cottage (and more), it really was a home from home, would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone staying in the area.

We so enjoyed our stay at Pondfield Gate. The cottage is set in a large garden with a great patio for eating or relaxing while watching the wild birds feed. The cottage itself is superbly furnished and has everything you could possibly need, inside and out. Two beautifully presented bedrooms with plenty of storage. The lounge with real log burner and comfy seating was lovely to settle down in after dinner in the evening, to watch TV or a DVD. The large kitchen/diner is flooded with light from the wall of windows overlooking the back garden, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more besides. With three WC, a gorgeous bath and large wet room, what more could you want? Well there IS more.. a second lounge, which is so pretty and bright and beautifully decorated. A great place to escape to, to read, listen to the radio, or just relax. We were in a good position to visit the beaches of Mumbles and The Gower, St.David's, The Botanic Gardens, Tenby and much much more. If you don't want to go far every day there are beautiful sights to be seen and picnic spots to be had in The Black Mountains, just a few minutes drive away. However, the cottage is so lovely, you might not want to go out. We certainly didn't want to leave! The owners live nearby and were charming and extremely helpful without being intrusive. We would most definitely love to stay again.
