The Anchorage is a delightful detached cottage, set over three floors in a clifftop location, a mile from Cockburnspath and eight miles from Dunbar. It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, two of which are first floor doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom, with the other first floor bedroom being a 2? 6? twin and there?s a second floor double with an en-suite shower room. A further two shower rooms can be found on the first floor and there?s a cloakroom on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area, a utility room, a sitting room with an open fire and a sun room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking two cars and a lawned garden to the front with a decked area to the rear. Superb Property
A tremendous property in a great location. The Anchorage is a very well presented home. It's extremely well equipped and although we were a party of 4 adults and one pet it offers more than enough space to accommodate 8 people very comfortably. The location of the Anchorage makes it easy to explore the surrounding beaches, walks and small towns and is in easy reach of a major supermarket so there's no need to pack up provisions and plan meals for your full stay. The sea view is spectacular from the living room, kitchen and 3 of the bedrooms. A relaxing week was had by all and we very much look forward to a return visit.
