On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, with two en suite bath and shower rooms and WC.
Upstairs there is an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area with a wood burning fire and access to the garden. There is a third floor, outside decking area which can be accessed via two bedrooms and the living room. Guests can have unlimited access to the spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools and gym.

British Standard buoyancy aids must be worn by all Homeowners, Guests and Renters wishing to use the lakes and users are encouraged to make themselves aware of the location of throw lines which are situated at appropriate locations at the edge of lakes 3. Swimmers should ensure that they do not enter the water bodies without supervision from others of their household 4.
Swimmers will be asked politely to leave the water bodies if it is believed that the activities taking place are dangerous or no buoyancy aids are worn 5. No inflatables to be used on the lakes at any time
