Shame cleaning not up to previous standard.
Let down by cleaners. Dirty, food on carpets, food on microwave and oven. plastic tags from clothes on bedroom carpet, so not hovered. Lists we should hoover then empty hoover, yet it hadn't been used or recently emptied. Bedding seemed ok, bathroom was clean. Lots of odd bits of damage. Broken chair which nearly got sat on, was mentioned in a review from last August by someone else. Fridge door compartment broken, so couldn't put milk, etc in the fridge door. Small wardrobe in one bedroom with a dirty duvet using half of the space. (Other bedroom had a 3 door chest, and underbed drawers, smallest bedroom had a 3 drawer bedside table and a bookcase with ornaments on; so not much storage space.) Dustbin over flowing with tall weeds around it. Garden rear has very tall weeds, no fence at the rear. Not been tidied for a while. There was a new addition of a good bench. Surprising how much damage has occured in a year since we were here, chunks out of doors etc. It was very clean on our previous visit and well kept. Emailed cleaning company listed in the info, did not respond. Sent message to owner, who got the rubbish collected and said would contact the cleaning company.

Why say 5 adult capacity.
Exceptionally well, presented chalet, spotlessly clean and really cosy. BUT, no way would this be suitable for 5 adults.... The property needs mirrors, there is only a small one in bathroom and even smaller one in one of the bedrooms. Maybe add full length mirror to back of doors... Only one tiny wardrobe in whole property which will not hang full length garments. So where do occupants of rooms 2 and 3 hang their stuff, or store suitcases/bags. No access to garden except by going out the front door, and through gate . No baking trays in kitchen.....had to to out and buy one.... I would also not recommend this property to anyone who has mobility issues, bath has no handles making it difficult to get out of and beds are really low, making them difficult to get out of. I left a day early as desperate for a bath... Despite all that I really enjoyed my stay, really peaceful and well situated for walking and the beach. Food at Poppas bar really good. Friendly place.
