This is a detached dormer bungalow in the Lake District town of Windermere, sleeping up to eight people in four bedrooms.
Wysteria Cottage is a detached property in the centre of Windermere in the Lake District. It comes with four bedrooms made up of two doubles and two twins, along with a bathroom and a shower room, the property can sleep up to eight people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area containing a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, as well as a snug room.
To the outside you will find off road parking and an enclosed gravel area with furniture. Wysteria Cottage is a beautifully furnished property placed perfectly for a fun-filled Lake District break.

Clean comfortable base for exploring the Lake District
Everything was clean and was as set out in the listing although it would have been difficult to park more than 2 cars. The location was an easy walk to shops (including Sainsburys local) and restaurants in Windermere and a good base for driving further to explore the Lakes. It was clean and comfortable and quiet despite being not too far off the main road and near a guest house with outdoor terrace. As shown in the listing, there is not much outside space and I would also mention that the downstairs bath is quite deep/high sided and not easy to climb in and out - no problem for us but an elderly or disabled person might find this difficult. The showers were great and it was also good to have the laundry facilities. Kitchen was well equipped. Table expands to seat more people though 8 adults would be a bit of a squeeze it could be done - we were fine with 6. No 2 pin plug in bathroom for razors etc so you need to bring an adaptor. Hairdryers and iron/ironing board are provided.
