A Restful Stay in a Perfectly Located and Beautifully Maintained Bungalow
Pebbles is a bungalow located a few minutes walk away from Hive beach on the dramatic Dorset coast but is only a short walk from the centre of the village of Burton Bradstock. The house opens up inside Tardis like into a stunning south facing living room with an outer glass wall reaching up to the apex of the roof. All the rooms and bedrooms are modern, scrupulously clean and well maintained, the kitchen in particular featuring high quality equipment and utensils. Whether you want to explore the beach, follow the South West coastal path, visit the location for the Broadchurch TV dramas or tour Dorset, Pebbles is in an ideal location. We like eating out and Burton Bradstock has two good pub/restaurants in The Three Horseshoes and The Anchor but it's piece de resistance is the Hive Cafe. It doesn't sound much but if you want some of the best fish on the south coast with stunning views of the sea and the coastline this is the place to go. You can't book but it's open all year round. Eating there is a memorable experience, particularly when there is a gale blowing - and it is literally only five minutes from Pebbles. We had a great stay and hope to visit again.
