The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, a dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, a utility with fridge/freezer washing machine, and a tumble dryer, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is a rear garden with a gravelled area and patio, as well as off-road parking for two cars.

Within less than 1 miles you will find a shop, within 300 yards, a pub and in less than 1 miles, a beach. Please note this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved pet welcome.
