A beautiful little cottage in a wonderful location
We stayed at Linda cottage for a few days recently and absolutely loved it. It's a beautifully decorated cottage with great attention to detail and we felt very comfortable there and had everything we needed. I particularly liked the decor in the kitchen and bathroom. We are a family of four including two children in their late teens. The cottage is in the quiet and friendly village of St. Helens which has two wonderful restaurants and a pub within a few minutes walking distance set around the village green. We would recommend booking the restaurants in advance. There happened to be a village fair/fun day on the village green when we were there which created a great village atmosphere. The lovely unspoilt beach is nearby too. Bembridge is also a lovely place 2 or 3 miles away. We also visited Shanklin, Ventnor, Osborne House, Godshill, Ryde and The Needles. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the Isle of Wight and would definitely choose to stay in Linda Cottage again.
