The village benefits from a railway station on the Heart of Wales line and the house is within easy reach of Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons).
The House has a long history as a fishing lodge and can offer 4 miles of fishing on the rivers Irfon and Cammarch, bookings taken separately.
