Brothers Water and the Kirkstone Pass
Brothers Water, looking beyond to Kirkstone Pass. Near the southern edge of the lake a small parking pullover leads to a tiny beach. The water is so shallow that lily pads grow in abundance. A footpath leads north along the lake to the northern tiip, then loops up to Hartsop and the parking area beyond.
