Built in the 17th Century Betty Cottles is situated on the outskirts of Dartmoor. With only a short distance to the local town of Okehampton and surrounding Hamlets. Also accessible is the Granite Way where you can take a stroll at your own leisure admiring the views and the Dartmoor Ponies.
Matthew Clare & The Boys have taken over the hotel after a very long time being owned by a family and wish to carry on the family run tradition Matt is a chef of 15 Years serving 7 years in the RAF and doing many exercises on Dartmoor in his Military Career. Clare has been in the Hospitality industry most of her life & with her love of the beautiful scenery she is right at home here. Customer service and attention to detail is key to success of Betty Cottles.

We offer two bars with relaxing sofas and Log Fires to sit back and let your troubles drift away!!. We also offer darts pool and T.V's for the sport fans amongst you. We have a large car pack which is free of charge and floodlit.
