The Red House is an historic Grade II listed Georgian townhouse dating from 1795 and retains many of its original features. We are easily accessible from the A1 and A52 and a 2 minute taxi ride from Grantham train station.

There is ample free parking in front of the house. ROOMS We have single double twin triple and family guest rooms. Most of our rooms have ensuite facilities.

Others rooms have a private bathroom not shared with other guests. Two of our rooms have shared facilities. Our rooms are furnished to a high standard and are equipped with flat screen digital televisions with DVD players mini-fridges microwaves coffee and tea making facilities irons and ironing boards hair dryers fans clock radios and crockery.

BREAKFAST Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 8:30 am on weekdays and between 8:00 and 9:00 am at weekends. Our breakfast includes a choice of cereals (including our home-made muesli) and a full English breakfast or lighter alternatives including vegetarian options. We source local ingredients (prize-winning Lincolnshire sausages bacon free range eggs organic tomatoes) and serve freshly ground arabica coffee.

FREE WIFI All guest rooms have access to a high speed Wi-Fi connection (30 Mbs Virgin Broadband). PARKING There is ample free parking in front of the house on a wide pavement. Free parking is also available to the side and rear of the property.
