Llawhaden Castle photo, Llawhaden Castle

Llawhaden Castle is situated in a peaceful Pembrokeshire village. An early 12th century fortification built by the powerful bishops of St Davids, Llawhaden was rebuilt in stone in the late 12th century and extended in the 14th century. Most of the buildings date to that final period, including a pair of polygonal towers.
