STUNNING BARN CONVERSION SET IN A CHARMING SOMERSET VILLAGE This superb detached former medieval hall is set within the owner's estate yet peace and privacy is assured. Having been lovingly converted to an extremely high standard it provides a spacious luxurious and comfortable holiday home from which you can enjoy far reaching country views.The village of Moorlinch has an attractive family pub serving food a short stroll from the property and you will be a short drive from the RSPB Nature Reserve and site of Special Scientific Interest on the Somerset Levels ideal for keen bird watchers and nature lovers alike.

There is much to see and do in this most beautiful of counties: Glastonbury with its Tor and Abbey Clarks retail village in Street Cheddar Gorge and the cathedral city of Wells. There are many National Trust properties in the locality or you can enjoy a walk over the Quantock Hills all this within an hour's drive. A little further out lies the historic city of Bath and Exmoor National Park.

There are several sandy and dramatic beaches to the north and south such as Lyme Regis Sidmouth and Burnham-on-Sea.The property offers stylish split level living in shades of grey black and white with FOUR bedrooms:1 king-size with TV and 1 twin room both situated on the first floor. On the lower ground level 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 further double.

Bathroom: situated on the first floor with bath separate shower and WC and on the lower ground level large bathroom with bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: on the ground floor open-plan with exposed beams and arched solid oak doors and has a woodburner (seasonal use only extra charge for logs) underfloor heating TV and DVD. Dining area seating 8.

Kitchen area with dishwasher 1 free-standing fridge 1 integral fridge freezer 2 large electric ovens and gas hob. Utility area: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: the property is surrounded by its own patio area at the rear along with a large lawn rose garden seating and BBQ to the south and a decked seating area to the east.
