Positioned in the timeless landscape of rural Lancashire the area is relatively undiscovered but is fast becoming known for its culinary delights with range of popular eateries and gastro pubs nearby.

For a cultural experience explore the two historic market towns of Clitheroe and Longridge brimming with electric boutiques fine restaurants and historic treasures. For the adventurous walk part of the 70 mile Ribble Way taking in the magnificent unspoilt views. Other local places of interest include Clitheroe Castle Bowland Wild Boar Park and Browsholme Hall.

Further afield trips to Blackpool the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales are a must. Step into the property and you will be welcomed into the kitchen area where you can make yourself a cuppa before starting your holiday. The kitchen is modern and is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Moving through the property you will find yourself in the lounge with comfy sofas to curl up into whilst you watch your favourite film in front of the fire. After a long day of exploring the local area the stairs will lead you to the first floor where you can find the bedrooms.
