There is also a first floor bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, plus a ground floor cloakroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner, along with a utility room.
Outside is off road parking for three cars plus a lawned garden with swings, slide, a sandpit, a basketball hoop and a decked patio with furniture and a gas barbecue. Nearby is the beautiful Ceredigion coastline, along with plenty of history to uncover in the nearby museums, mills and the ruins of a Roman fort in the owners' adjacent field, which guests are welcome to wander through.
