It comprises two bedrooms; a double with an en-suite and a twin room, together sleeping four people. Inside is also a family shower room, along with an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
To the outside is ample off-road parking and the River Tay resting beside the property. St Matthews Church is a wonderfully unique holiday let providing a comfortable stay in central Scotland.

Stunning views in a central located home
The location is next to St Matthew's (no bell ringing) and there ist a stunning view onto the river Tay and the riverbanks. It is so close to the city and you have excellent possibilities of shopping and eating out. It has a space for your car and also a storage with a lock for your e-bikes. Everything is new inside this home and while you are home you can watch your smart TV in the living room while other family members might use the two additional screens in two bedrooms or use wifi.
