The Bothy is a delightful detached barn conversion situated next to the owners' 19th century Coach House along a quiet country lane approximately three miles from Ross-on-Wye in the hamlet of Phocle Green and can sleep two people in one ground floor double bedroom with en-suite. There is a ground floor cloakroom. The rest of the property contains a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.
To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. The Bothy is an ideal romantic retreat in tranquil Herefordshire.

Well appointed conversion
An attractive bothy conversion on the edge of Ross on Wye. One bedroom with a very comfortable king sized bed, en suite bathroom in an upside down style. The open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor has all the amenities any one would need for a break. It has a small patio area to the rear of the property.
It is also dog friendly, but only for one dog. The owners live in an adjacent property and are very welcoming and friendly.
It is only a 10 minute drive to Ross, and 40 to the forest of Dean.
