Outside, there is an external games room, ample off-road parking and a large lawned garden. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, a pool table and table tennis.

Fuel, power, logs for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Four well-behaved pets are welcome, however no smoking allowed. You can find the nearest shop in 3 miles and the nearest pub in less than 3 miles.
