The living areas in this four-storey home consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a dining room with Juliet balcony and electric fire, a sitting room with TV and electric fire, and a lower-ground-floor sitting room with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a lower-ground-floor double, two doubles, a second-floor double, a twin and a triple bunk, serviced by a bathroom and two shower rooms. Outside there is a front gravelled garden, an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, and roadside parking.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in less than 1 miles, a pub in less than 1 miles and the beach in less than 1 miles.

Gwyder offers a wonderful base for a Conwy escape. Note: There are steps throughout the home, unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
