Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is another Smart TV, a TV with FreeSat, WiFi, XBOX 360 connect, Blu-ray DVD player, DVD player, surround sound, and pull-down cinema screen and projector.

A travel cot and highchair are available and two well-behaved pets are welcome. Outside, you can find private shared car park with parking for two cars, but this property does not have a garden. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.
