The Beach Pad is situated on the first floor amongst a delightful collection of bespoke luxury apartments set within their own private grounds near Benllech on Anglesey. The sitting, dining and kitchen area is a lovely open plan space with stunning coastline views. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and toaster.

There is a comfortable sofa and snuggle chair, SMART TV and a dining table and chairs. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and ensuite with a shower, loo and wash hand basin.

The twin bedroom has a TV. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo and wash hand basin. Outside there is residents parking, a courtyard and barbecue area, and a natural landscaped stream.

The apartments and grounds are within a gated entry with video access control, lift and staircase to all floors. The accommodation is all on one level, and with a lift in addition to stairs, it will suit every generation. Cosy underfloor heating throughout makes it a great year round destination.

Benllech, a firm family favourite holiday destination, is on the east coast of Anglesey with a lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants. A favourite walk, if the tide is right, is to stroll along the shore to enjoy a pie and a pint at The Ship Inn and watch some amazing birdlife.
