Blue Bay Villa is in the perfect location to enjoy everything Treaddur Bay and Anglessy have to offer. This detached home has been completely renovated in 2024 to a very high and contemporary standard and is perfect for families with children, grandparents, two families or a group of friends. Blue Bay Villa is dog-friendly too, and only a short stroll to the Blue-Flag-awarded beach in Treaddur Bay.

The property boasts seven bedrooms, one ground-floor double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two ground-floor double bedrooms, and a ground-floor bunk room. To complement the bedrooms are two bathrooms also on the ground floor, both with a bath and walk-in shower, to recharge after a busy day on the beach. On the first floor are two further bedrooms, a single, a twin and a double and a stunning bathroom, with a freestanding bath, and large, double walk-in shower complemented with his-and-hers sinks, the ultimate luxury.

During the day, you can spend your time enjoying the outside space, with a large decking area, with an oak pergola which houses the hot tub, and the gas barbecue. With outside seating, the area is perfect for a get-together in the evening, or simply to relax during the day. The garden is enclosed, perfect for children and dogs.

If you prefer to be inside, then Blue Bay Villa has plenty of relaxing space; the open plan living dining and kitchen area have something to offer everyone with sofas and a sofa bed, great for watching a movie on the 65" Smart TV in the evening, and a full Sky package and Sky Sports included. From here, the sleek kitchen and island have every appliance you need to prepare a meal for your whole party, enjoying it sitting at the island, outside in the garden, or together at the large dining table. Blue Bay Villa is the perfect house for a get-together.

After a long day on the beach, come home, shower, put your soggy wet suits in the utility room, and enjoy the space of this amazing house. Treaddur Bay is a beautiful area to explore, a great sweep of low grassy coastline indented with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches. Nestled along the stunning coastal cliffs of Anglesey, Trearddur Bay is a haven for tourists seeking a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural attractions.

From the golden sands of Traeth Trearddur to the rugged trails of the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Path, outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to explore. There are also a good selection of pubs and eateries, as well as watersports activities available close by. History buffs can delve into the past at sites like the Ucheldre Centre and Trefignath, while maritime enthusiasts can uncover the seafaring heritage at the Holyhead Maritime Museum.

After a day of adventure, visitors can unwind at one of the charming cafés like the Sea Shanty Cafe, or indulge in mouthwatering seafood at Ocean’s Edge Restaurant or Scarlett's Fish and Chips. For a taste of local nightlife, The Inn at the Bay offers a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy a drink with friends. Enjoy a coastal break like no other at Blue Bay Villa.
