Starlings Guest House has the charm and elegance of the Regency period. We offer our guests a comfortable and friendly atmosphere in a central yet quiet location. We are situated in the conservation area of Kemptown with its many restaurants cafes and pubs.
The beach is only a few minutes walk away as are the pier and Brighton Pavilion. Kemptown a key shopping area in Brighton since the late 18th century continues to host a number of independent retailers and flea markets while The Lanes and North Laine are also nearby. Our Regency townhouse built around 1807 has six bedrooms that are individually furnished with your comfort in mind; we aim to create a 'home from home' experience and to ensure that your stay with us is extra special.
Wifi is available throughout the guest house while the rooms all have their own tea and coffee making facilities flatscreen TVs hairdryers and irons and ironing boards. Our room rates include breakfast. Breakfast served in our stylish and comfortable dining room includes: A freshly cooked full English breakfast including a vegetarian or vegan option Cereals & yoghurt Toast and a selection of jams and marmalade Fruit juice Unlimited tea freshly ground coffee and herbal teas Check in is between 1400 and 2000 (please contact the guest house direct to arrange an alternative time if required) Check out is 1100 Please let us know in advance your anticipated time of arrival and any special dietary requirements.
