The total refurbishment this Gt Yarmouth guesthouse has recently undergone enhances its many original features. It now offers eight individual en-suite rooms with facilities to ensure your stay is as luxurious as possible. The refurbishment has gained the guesthouse an AA 4 Yellow Star Highly Commended rating and on the 7th October 2009 was placed second in The Guardians Top 10 BandBs in the UK taken from the new AA guide.

Our breakfast room serves a fine selection of great food and our licensed bar, if in use, is open as long as it is required.

If not in use it does not open after 10pm.
