The Penscot Inn is ideally located, whether you wish to walk the West Mendip Way and admire the beautiful countryside that is Somerset or enjoy the delights of Bristol, Bath and Wells.
Sitting away from the hustle and bustle of modern life The Penscot Inn prides itself on offering value for money and a relaxing atmosphere in a building as individual as Guy and Sarah who own it. The twelve en suite rooms have been decorated in contemporary colours, with simple furniture and individual touches to reflect the character of the building. Some bedrooms have original fireplaces, some overlook the village green and there is one four poster bed, all have their own character a world away from corporate styling.
You can unwind in friendly surroundings, sample the local cider and enjoy freshly prepared produce in the contemporary surroundings of our Bistro which is open Thursday to Sunday. Alternatively food is served every day in our garden room furnished in classic Lloyd Loom furniture overlooking the garden, or the bar with its French windows overlooking the village green. The Penscot Inn is ideally located, whether you wish to walk the West Mendip Way and admire the beautiful countryside that is Somerset or enjoy the delights of Bristol, Bath and Wells.
There are 10 golf couses within easy reach, horse riding and shooting as well as Clarke's Village Street and Weston Super Mare.......just take your pick.
