A seating area is also provided in each room however guests have access to the main sitting room where they can enjoy the comforts of our wood burning stove on chilly evenings. Board games playing cards and books are available. Free WiFi is also available throughout the house.

Grantown on Spey is a perfect location for exploring the Scottish Highlands Loch Ness and the Moray coast. The area offers spectacular scenery with an abundance of wildlife and bird life.
There are also several Munros within a short travelling distance for the more energetic. There is a dedicated cycling skills park on the outskirts of Grantown or alternatively you can cycle in the surrounding woodland. The Moray coastline is an ideal location to see seals and dolphins and enjoy the beautiful unspoilt beaches.
