The remains at Presaddfed probably represent two chambers of a now-vanished Neolithic burial site. One of the chambers is collapsed, but the other retains its capstone, supported on several sizeable uprights, albeit with the aid of modern stone posts.

One of the finest and certainly one of the best-preserved Iron Age hillforts in Britain, Tre'r Ceiri occupies a large hilltop site overlooking Trefor to the north and Llanaelhaearn to the east. The name Tre'r Ceiri translates as the City of Giants, a tribute to just how impressive later inhabitants of the area found the remains of the settlement!

Trefignath Burial Chamber is a funny place; this wonderful prehistoric burial site is located almost immediately beside the busy A55 leading onto Holy Island from Anglesey, and next to a smelting works, which does nothing to add to the ambience!

Cadw calls the Tregwehelydd Standing Stone 'fragmentary'. That's pretty accurate; the stone has been broken into three large chunks which have since been reassembled and bound together with iron straps and set in a concrete base to allow it to stand once more.

A solitary standing stone in a farm field on the outskirts of Holyhead. The Ty Mawr stone stands about nine feet tall and was probably erected in the Bronze Age. The stone is heavily twisted towards the top as if a giant hand had given it a mighty twirl!

Ty Newydd is the remains of a Neolithic chambered tomb, with a chamber composed of four short stones supporting a very large capstone. The supporting stones have a little help, for the capstone is now also supported on two brick pillars, which do rather distract from the ambience, but on the other hand, without them, the capstone would be in the mud!
