The town itself is a fine example of an historic market town with its shops leisure centre eateries and theatre making it a lovely place to spend a day wandering the streets which are lined with buildings made from local stone. Dartmoor National Park the edge of which is just four miles from the property offers stunning scenery paths and cycle ways for all abilities and a wealth of wildlife.

The separate kitchen is equipped with everything that guests will need including an electric oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The delightful bedroom is a lovely restful space with a double bed. The properties bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside the property benefits from its own raised patio area with garden furniture so that guests can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of their surroundings in privacy.
