This property enjoys a tranquil rural location just five miles from the market town of Holsworthy. With its weekly market and range of shops and tearooms as well as a traditional cattle market the town is a fine example of a quintessential Devonshire town. Twelve miles to the south of the farm the Cornish resort town of Bude has a number of sandy beaches a tidal pool and a mini golf course as well as a choice of eateries.

A little further away but still within easy access the coastal towns of Tintagel and Boscastle both make great places for interesting day trips. This property offers spacious accommodation for three in a tastefully converted barn which sits alongside two similar properties. On entering guests will come to the main living area a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed wooden beams a cosy woodburner effect electric fire TV/DVD hi-fi and comfortable sofa seating.

The wooden staircase in the middle of the room acts as a division between this lounge area and the kitchen/diner space to the rear of the room. The attractive farmhouse style kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washer/dryer. Open tread wooden stairs lead to the first floor where the property s two bedrooms are located.

The first of these is a king-size room with its own TV and en-suite shower room with WC whilst the second bedroom is a spacious single room. The bathroom offers a shower over bath and WC. Doors from the lounge area lead out to the property s private patio with its BBQ and seating providing guests with a relaxing place from which to enjoy the farm s peaceful surroundings.

The shared lawn is just beyond the patio giving guests an additional space in which to relax or play games. There is also a shared games barn which offers a table tennis table and darts board as well as some toys and games which will appeal to younger guests. There is ample parking provided on the farm.
