SET IN A 6 ACRES SMALL HOLDING WITH SHEEP GEESE CHICKENS AND DUCKS AND FARM POND. Old Holcombe Water Farm offers a delightfully converted barn in one of the most beautiful and picturesque parts of Somerset. Described as a "Famous Five" holiday location children will be in their element with so much to see and do.

The area is popular with walkers and lovers of nature with Exmoor National Park and the Brendon Hills being right on your doorstep thereby making the accommodation popular with couples just wanting to get away from it all especially out of season. Situated across lawns and an orchard from the owners 17th century farmhouse guests will be welcome to share the 6 acres of land which is home to chickens ducks geese and sheep. Trout fishing available at a charge in one of two nearby fishing lake.

If you require more than the peace and tranquillity Old Holcombe Water provides then you are only a short drive to a variety of sandy beaches and attractions within the county such as Wimbleball Reservoir with its water sports Somerwest World at Minehead The West Somerset Steam Railway Bream Leisure Park Taunton with its high street shops and Exmoor with its wildlife walks beauty and unspoilt charm. There are some excellent local family pubs serving good bar meals. The sympathetically converted accommodation with exposed beams throughout giving a traditional feel offers TWO bedrooms: 1 galleried double and 1 twin downstairs.

Bathroom:  with bath hand-held shower over and WC. Lounge/dining area: TV video DVD and woodburner (first basket of wood free £2 per basket after). Kitchen: set off the lounge diner with cooker microwave fridge/freezer and many useful extras.
