Tired and dusty
Stayed here with extended family first impressions were good, the garden, pool and hot tub on arrival were impressive but things did go down hill! Arrived on Saturday due to hot weather pool was well used by family and by Sunday tea time it was looking grubby! I understand that pools and hot tubs should be maintained daily...this was certainly not the case! Text owners Sunday pm to ask if they would be out to check cleanliness and was advised they would. By Monday pm I would not let kids or adults use pool or hot tub so text again and insisted owner came out to look which he did. My husband insisted on checking the filter of the pool which the owner who was reluctant for him to do but after much persuasion agreed, this is when it became clear there was no filter!!? Owner stated the filter prevented the water reaching the 28o but we made it clear we would rather it was used to ensure we were safe!! This was the only visit the owner made in a week to check the pool and hot tub, this is a disaster waiting to happen! The house could be lovely but it is clear that very little has been done for years. American Fridge Freezer - ice machine does not work, all fridges do not get very cold, one did not work at all, washing machine seal needs replacing it is mouldy and the drum stinks, large tv in 2nd lounge has screen damage making it un-enjoyable to watch! I got into bed on the first night and instantly smelt a strong smell of sick, which was coming from the duvet!! I had to change the bed and locate some fresh bedding, I text the owner the next day asking them to collect the bedding from the lobby, they called me quickly to apologise but bedding was not collected for days!! The house needs a deep clean, gives the feel it has been a rushed job, my son found 2 jaffa cakes under his bunk bed and there were clothes labels from previous guests in drawers. I had to hoover beside the bedside table on first night as there were lots of cobwebs and my daughter would not sleep! It was 28o and duvets on the beds were winter duvets, the towels provided were tiny bring your own would be my advice...I could go on but think you get the picture. Location was perfect, lovely village fab pub walking distance and gorgeous beaches 15 min away but I am so disappointed with the upkeep of the pool, hot tub and house unexcusable!

Fantastic Home looking forward to visiting again
Absolutely beautifully large home. We visited August 2017 for a week, there were 16 in our party and this family home offered everything we needed. Plenty of space outside for the kids to run around in, lovely dining area to relax outside on warm evenings and the BBq was used several times throughout the week. The Jacuzzi was fantastic, enough room to easily fit 6-8 people in, it was a great asset to the house and used every day come rain or shine. The pool was also great, although a little cold, that didn't stop the kids with their inflatables. All the bedroom very very spacious and lots of cupboard space for all our clothes. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed. The separate living rooms were great for splitting the kids and adults up. Lovely entrance hall with lots of great local information. The guest book was full of hints and tips for the local area and plenty of info on local eateries and even a number for a local taxi, which was needed when venturing out. Booked again for August this year and very much looking forward to returning with the clan.

Welcome to the house of fun
Nineteen of us showed up in West Wales for a family and friends week in the sun. Okay so the sun was a bit lacking but it didn't spoil our holiday. The house was perfect for our needs, for the kids there was the large garden and 'heated' swimming pool and the second lounge with a large wall mounted TV was commandeered by them as a games room, kids nowadays won't travel without their PS, Xbox or Wii. For the adults there was a quieter lounge and the enormous ding area with the younger members of our party opting for the hot tub. A brick BBQ was provided and used on warm evenings and if no one volunteered to cook a couple of restaurants in Pembroke Docks were only too pleased to deliver. We all loved this strangely retro house, and but for a couple of moans about mattresses, weak WI-FI signals and the temperature of the pool, the verdict was 'a fantastic holiday'.

Would 100% recommend Domecilia. It is obvious that a lot of work has gone into this property., it's really impressive. Traveled with 9 adults and 2 children, both under 1. The layout of this House is ideal for young children, it's massive so lots of room to scream at 5am without walking the entire house. Great welcome from the owner too who left us to it
