The accommodation includes three bedrooms, one of which has a four-poster bed; fitted kitchen with a dining area, and sitting room with an open fire in an inglenook fireplace. Ty Nant is a farm cottage base with great facilities and comfortable accommodation that is in just the right place for exploring Conwy and Caernarfon castles; the Welsh Mountain Zoo; Victorian Llandudno, and Snowdonia.

Absolutely fantastic week. We had a 3 month old baby with us and were made very welcome. The house was lovely and warm on arrival and the home baking was delicious. The log fire was brill! House has everything you need and is perfect!! Looking forward to returning!!

Clean, comfortable and friendly
We found the facilities were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the furnishings were great and little touches were brilliant.

A great holiday cottage, fully equipped to a high standard. It is in a fantastic, peaceful location and the owner was very helpful and friendly. It is certainly one of the best holiday cottages I have ever stayed in. The property is a great base for exploring the coast, mountains, countryside and many gardens in the area. Truly magical.

This was an excellent property which was very well equipped. The owners attention to detail was second to none. This was the best holiday cottage ever stayed in.

Best ever!
Have just returned home after a fabulous week staying in Ty Nant. The owners, Lynda & Arwel, have gone to extraordinary lengths to provide everything required for the stay and nothing was was too much trouble. Lynda provided a welcome tray of her excellent home baking plus strawberries & cream in the fridge. Although the weather was not kind to us we explored the beautiful area with the knowledge that there was exceptional accommodation waiting for us back at Ty Nant. Arwel offered to take us up to the top field in his pick up to view the surrounding countryside and although the weather and time sadly defeated us, this was a very kind offer in his very busy farming schedule. Thanks again and we will certainly be going back!
