The house is south facing and enjoys a high degree of privacy and is just within a mile off the coast and a two minute stroll from the coast path with its stunning vistas of the North Devon coastline. Much to see and do nearby with the beach at Bucks Mills offering opportunities for prawning fishing and rock pooling. If you can tear yourself away from this idyllic spot there are also long sandy surfing beaches at Westward Ho! and Bude.

Family attractions include The Big Sheep The Milky Way and Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets. In the evenings relax in the garden that can become a real sun trap or enjoy a meal at one of the many local pubs within a 10 minute drive.Play facility: outdoor table tennis table located on the terrace.

As you enter the house leave muddy boots coats and surfboards in the boot room before continuing through to the stylish and spacious reception rooms. Prepare delicious meals in the stylish kitchen/breakfast room which contains an electric oven and gas hob fridge dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy light bites and drinks at the breakfast bar which looks out over the garden through patio doors.

An external utility room contains a fridge/freezer while landing cupboards upstairs house the washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining table sits beneath exposed ceiling beams and beside a charming farmhouse-style dresser while the lounge area beyond is both cosy and bright featuring a wood burner and two sets of French doors. Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms one king-size with a TV another king-size (which can be made into a twin on request) and a further twin bedroom. The rooms display fresh decor exposed beams and vaulted ceilings and share a bathroom with shower over bath. Outside a sunny terrace area with garden furniture and a BBQ sits to one side of the property with a raised lawn beyond and steps leading down to a further gated but not fully enclosed lawn area perfect for dogs and children alike.
