Centrally located to provide easy access for places of interest in both counties of Somerset and Devon.

Within an easy drive are the coastal towns and beaches of Lyme Regis Seaton and Sidmouth. The market town of Wellington is located 5 miles away and the historic county town of Taunton is 8 miles with all the top high street names restaurants and leisure entertainments. There is a community shop selling locally sourced food including meat eggs and vegetables and a public house centrally located in the village 0.

5 miles away 15 minutes walk.The property offers ONE bedroom: king-size situated upstairs. The rest of the accommodation is all on the ground floor.
