The Farmhouse is a spacious detached character property on an organic farm three miles from Aberaeron. The property has five bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one with an en-suite, offering a variety of sleeping arrangements. There is a family bathroom and an additional cloakroom, along with a kitchen, sitting room with woodburner and large conservatory with dining area and comfy seating as well as a second woodburner.
Outside is off road parking for four cars, a private patio with furniture and BBQ, small lawn and shared grounds including a large grassed area, play area, games barn and fishing lakes. The Farmhouse makes a wonderful base for a group to enjoy the coast and countryside of this part of Wales.

The Farmhouse is in a lovely remote location, with plenty of room for the 12 of us, it never felt crowded. It was spotless when we arrived. There was plenty for the kids to do, with darts and pool in the games room, and football on the lawn.

Wonderful accommodation in a stunning setting
comfortable, spacious farmhouse with every amenity from Sky TV to pool and darts. Lovely owners and freshly laid eggs! Beautiful setting and many red kites to watch. We thoroughly recommend it and will return.

The Farmhouse was of an extremely high standard, the resident family were on site and were very friendly and helpful. It was safe to allow the children to explore the grounds and interact with the animals, and a few fish were caught at the on-site pond. We would definitely recommend it and revisit.

There was plenty of room; the bedrooms were all a good size. The property was warm and cosy for such a big house and always had plenty of hot water. The children enjoyed the climbing frame and the games room was a good idea. The owners were very welcoming and very helpful.
