This property is situated on the North Yorkshire coast just two miles south of the town of Filey where visitors can enjoy the town s usually quiet sandy beach which also happens to be home to a long-standing and well-regarded surf academy. A few miles further north around the coast will bring visitors to Scarborough a much-loved seaside resort with many of the traditional attractions of a British seaside resort including beach-front cafes and amusement arcades. There are also some less expected attractions here including a fantastic water park a Sea Life sanctuary the cliff-top castle and the oriental-themed Peasholm Park with its boating lake cafe and cascading waterfall.

On arrival at this property guests can take off their coats and immediately begin to relax and unwind in the comfortable lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area a large corner sofa gives everyone plenty of space to sit whilst a TV/DVD means that no one need miss out on watching a favourite programme. At the opposite end of the room the bright kitchen area is well-equipped offering an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs there are two light and airy bedrooms the first of which is a pleasant double room whilst the second bedroom is a bunk bedroom with triple bunks allowing the cottage to accommodate up to five guests. The bathroom is also on the first floor and has a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside there is a sunny garden to the rear of the property with garden furniture making it a great place to enjoy alfresco drinks.

Of course there is also a wealth of shared facilities available to guests staying in the village which include an indoor heated swimming pool a gym spa tennis courts a pub restaurant children s playground and a path which leads down to a beautiful sandy beach. There is onsite. Please note that some facilities are seasonal and some are subject to an additional charge.
