Peaceful, dog-friendly hideaway with amazing sea views
We have just returned from a week in Beudy Bach, having loved every minute of it. (Self, partner and dog) The cottage is beautifully designed, well-equipped, immaculately clean and so peaceful and quiet. There are stunning views over the Menai Strait from the main bedroom, and in winter, you can also see the sea from the living room windows. One corner of the living room is floor to ceiling windows, so even on the darkest winter days, there is so much natural light in the property. The cottage is well-insulated with underfloor heating (even staying cosy during a met office yellow warning for wind and rain), and also has a very efficient wood burner. A brisk 10 minute walk downhill brings you to a rock & sand beach and there are many more beaches and other attractions just a short drive away. Our nervous elderly rescue dog loved staying here and settled down straight away. This was our second visit to Beudy Bach, and we loved it so much that we booked a return visit next year before we left.

Mindfulness on the Menai....
Forget those adult colouring books, a week here is all you need for a perfect de-stressing and mindfulness experience! Fantastic location overlooking the magnificent Menai Straits and breath-taking backdrop of the Snowdonia mountain ranges, plus an ideal spot for touring the east coast of this cracking island .....Red Wharf Bay, Moelfre and Benllech within easy reach by car and Penmon Point (definitely) and Beaumaris (just) within walking distance. Big, spacious property with a great wood-burner and decorated/kitted out to a very high standard. Really nice being on a working farmyard as this provide a backdrop of cockerel "alarm clocks" and the odd moo here and there. The owners were really hospitable and friendly too, Glyn's Mum actually showed us round the other properties and they were equally as impressive. Quite a quirky layout inside which gave it character and the large windows, together with the various veluxes, allowed plenty of natural light to flood in during the day...and the moon at night. An extra bed side lamp and perhaps a standalone lamp in the lounge are the only things that could improve it slightly but overall, a first class property in an excellent location. Highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in and tour around south east Anglesey.

The property has been converted to a high standard of completion. The views are excellent and the owner could not be more helpful. The location for us was perfect and the description was excellent. We were not disappointed.
