Sitting in a beautifully tranquil sheltered spot in the wooded Ochil Hills, high above Glenfarg valley, this impressive barn conversion offers a peaceful retreat. The property is full of high quality furnishings and modern features with a spacious and bright open-plan living space.

The extensive grounds have lovely views and are home to a host of birds and wildlife.

There are several walks through ancient and coniferous woodland from the doorstep. While the property has a lovely 'away from it all' feeling of isolation, it is ideally placed for touring and is within an hour's drive of Edinburgh, St Andrews and Stirling. For a great day out visit Falkland Palace, the residence of the Stuart monarchs, and gardens designed by Percy Cane.

The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: two double on the ground floor and one twin with door to the grounds. Bathroom: with bath and shower unit, WC and wash basin. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open plan living with TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player.

Kitchen area: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Outside: extensive grounds including woodland, decking and lawn area, triple swing and garden furniture. Amenities: bed linen, towels, stairgate, electric underfloor and central heating included.

Short breaks are charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 & 6 nights will be the full weekly rate. Please note the property is accessed off the main road by one mile of un-surfaced track that is steep in places suitable for a small or estate car. Location: Bridge of Earn shops 3 miles, Abernethy offer real ales and great food at the local pub and Perth 10 miles.

A car journey away is Edinburgh 25 miles, St Andrews 30 miles and Stirling 40 miles away. Arrival: 4pm
