Lovely cottage but far too noisy early in the morning
This is a beautiful little cottage with everything you could need provided for you. Ok, so the internet isn't great and there is absolutely no mobile signal, but you sometimes just have to 'make do'. We had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and they had even given us a bottle of wine and a home made loaf of bread which was a lovely touch. We were told when we booked that the cottage is attached to the owners property and that it is on a working farm which we were fine with. The first day we were warned that they were bringing all the sheep in the next day so we were ready for all the noise... even if it was 5:30am. However, if you are looking for a nice peaceful and relaxing holiday then this probably isn't the right place for you because the constant barking of the dogs from as ealy as 6am EVERY MORNING is very annoying. I get up early for work every day and when I'm on holiday I like to have at least a little bit of a lie in... this spoiled my enjoyment a bit because I felt like I had to go to bed early every night to make up for the early rude awakening every day That being said though, the cottage is very cosy and a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

The owners were amazing from start to finish. We've never felt more welcome anywhere and it's the first place we have said we would go back to! The views were breathtaking and everyone in Wales was amazing. The national Botanic Gardens is a great day out for a picnic and the views again are stunning! Wow - Wales, what a place!
