RECENT CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Deva Terrace was an excellent choice as it was everything it seemed from the Website - clean, comfortable and cosy. And it was very well situated in the city centre however tucked away in a quiet terrace overlooking the River Dee. Chester was a great base to explore the surrounding cities and countryside. The city, itself, is a real English gem. Wonderful.

12 Deva Terrace is in a exceptional location and has unique riverside views. It is Elegant and has tasteful furnishings with all modern comforts. A homely feel in a distinguished property. A privilege and pleasure to spend a week in such fine surroundings. On the one occasion I had to contact the property manager and Sykes they were both very helpful and responsive.

Great location close to centre of Chester. 12 Deva Terrace had fantastic views directly over the River Dee and the local park and a necessary car parking space. We were near enough to be a short (5-10 mins) walk to the centre of Chester yet away from the noisy areas for a peaceful stay. Accommodation to a high standard and spotlessly clean in a period Grade 2 listed building. Surprising that it is not marketed for 6 rather than 4 . Particularly liked sitting out on the terrace with a coffee watching the boats on the river and the local wildlife. Would stay here again.
