This end-terrace, stone cottage in Oxborough, Norfolk, can sleep four people in town bedrooms.

28 Oxborough is a wonderful, end-terrace stone cottage in the village of Oxborough in North Norfolk. The cottage has a king-size double bedroom, a twin room and a ground floor bathroom and can sleep four people. There is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner where you can curl up by in the winter.

French doors lead outside into an enclosed, rear garden with two patios and furniture and there is also roadside parking nearby. Set in a beautiful location, with the coastline and many RSPB reserves a short drive away, 28 Oxborough is a great base for a holiday!

Lovely cottage with a quiet, private garden.
Our first time at this cottage - and we will be back. Very spacious with everything we could need. Oxborough itself is interesting with National Trust Oxburgh Hall right on the doorstep - and plenty of pleasant walks. All-in-all an excellent holiday rental.

Quiet country cottage
We stayed at number 28 for four nights recently. Overall our experience was good. The cottage had a good modern kitchen with plenty of everything one would need for dining in. (If you like a glass with dinner..there is the Bedingfield Arms 2 minutes up the lane..otherwise nowhere else near for food...). There are storage heaters in the rooms as well as the log burner, the weather was good but a couple of nights we needed to use the heater in the bedroom, not much sun apart from the back bedroom and the kitchen to warm the house. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well, the only noise the birds in the morning. Very quiet and peaceful. The bathroom has a bath with shower over (worked well) a washbasin and toilet. All very clean. There is a separate toilet with a small hand basin. Not two bathrooms as I am sure is stated in the write up. The water has to be turned on on arrival, the instructions are there and it is easy to do. Turned off when you leave. We had no problem with the hot water. The garden is very private, plenty of plants and trees, and a lawn and paved patio, small but ok for enjoying an outdoor meal and a glass or two. French doors lead out from the kitchen to the garden. Every evening we enjoyed the garden. However the only garden furniture on our visit were two chairs, no table. The living room is cosy with plenty of furniture. As a couple overall we enjoyed our stay, perfect quite place to recharge the batteries and visiting all this part of the county has to offer. Sandringham is around 40 minutes away, an enjoyable drive. The Bedingfield Arms as stated earlier is around 2 minutes away, the meals are fine, although the service is a little slow. The cottage has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Our opinion is that number 28 is more suitable for adults than families.
