Incredible cottage
We had a lovely relaxing weekend!! Emma is an absolute delight and made us feel at home - she was helpful with all questions. Emma made our stay 100% better :) it was my bday weekend and there was a lovely touch of a Cake - who wouldn?t like that! The cottage is stunning - if you?re looking to get into the countryside and really enjoy the peace it brings I would definitely recommend staying there - we also brought our two dogs who loved having little adventures !! thank you so much for everything we will definitely be coming back!

Glorious holiday!
Lower Hodre is a great house for large groups of different ages. Everything you could wish for was provided. Excellent quality bed linen and comfortable beds, blissful nights sleep was had by all. The owners live close by but are unobtrusive. The hot tub was very well maintained each morning and the house was made to feel very welcoming on our arrival with fresh flowers and some well thought of essentials in the cupboards. Thank you Emma for going the extra mile to help your guests!

Perfect for a big family
Lower hodre delivered everything we had hoped. With three generations to please this beautiful house had everything we needed and a little bit more of what we wished for. Emma our host was helpful from day one and we felt well looked after. The views and location are most certainly rural so if that is what you want I highly recommend this piece of Shropshire.

Sublime
Fantastic cottage with great views across the Shropshire countryside. We arrived with our group of friends to find a freshly baked Easter cake adorning the kitchen island. Then the lovely Emma appeared to make certain we had everything we needed. Emma is clearly passionate about Lower Hodre and this enthusiasm is reflected in the standard of the accommodation. The cottage is quirky and tasteful, very comfortable and was everything we could have wanted. The best cottage we have ever stayed at!
