Wonderful week
This cottage is just perfect in every way, location, size and everything provided you could possibly need. We are still here and will be very sad to leave. The beds are also extremely comfy.
5 min walk to the beach, 2 min walk to pub and shops
There is a railway track behind but it didn't bother us.
So good in fact, we'll be back later in the year

Perfect cottage in perfect location
We were lucky enough to stay at Kynaston Cottage, which is in the perfect location to explore the beautiful Aberdovey.
The cottage has everything a family could need, it's comfortable, clean and situated right in the heart of the town making it easy to pop back from the beach or take a quick walk out to collect a takeaway or ice cream!
Unlike many other properties, Kynaston has a parking space right outside and a rear courtyard, which is a sun trap in afternoon and perfect to dry wetsuits and towels.
The beds were really comfortable and we left feeling relaxed and refreshed, thoroughly recommended.

Fab week in beautiful Wales
Just returned from a lovely week in Aberdovey. Beautiful beach, lots of dog friendly pubs and cafes. Coast Deli and dining just down the street from the cottage was delicious. Matt, the owner, pointed us in the right direction for my son to even get a little surfing in. Matt was very helpful. The cottage itself was very well equipped and very clean. Altogether a lovely place.

Amazing cottage in fantastic location
We booked Kynaston last minute to get away for a few nights. We know Aberdovey well but have never stayed there as we usually stay in Talyllyn, but we will definitely come back to this cottage. Beautiful, clean and cosy. Had everything we could need. Owners were extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is just great. Right in the middle of the town, so just a 3-4 min stroll down a quaint little road and you're on the beach. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Cottage Break
We had the most amazing two night break in this perfect cottage in beautiful Aberdovey. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need for a break away. It is furnished to a high standard and exceptionally clean. The owners have thought of everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay. If you are looking to get away from it all then I can highly recommend staying here. The shops, pubs and seafront are all within a few minutes walk. Many thanks to Matt, who was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
