Positioned on a quiet rural lane at the end of its own private driveway, surrounded by rolling green pastures, is this detached farmer's cottage with fabulous views over the Cheviot Hills but only 5 minutes from the A68. Immerse yourself in nature on a beautiful working farm, where you can experience the magic of lambing season firsthand! The nearest amenities are a 15-minute drive away in the historic town of Jedburgh and a 20-minute drive from Kelso and Hawick.

Simply park up outside, unpack your bags and feel completely relaxed in a natural setting. It is ideal for couples or a family of four, offering a large king-size bed with zip-and-link beds and a double room upstairs, giving you options for sleeping arrangements. They each come with bedside tables, curtains and ample storage space, making you feel right at home.

Back downstairs is the bathroom, with a shower over the bath tub and heated towel rail, tied together with a neutral choice of décor. The lounge offers a lovely cosy feel, with a beamed ceiling and a charming woodburner set within a stone surround. Crack open a bottle of wine, stream your favourite movies on the Smart TV and fully relax away your time surrounded by the warmth of your loved ones.

Cook up a storm in the contemporary kitchen and get together around the dining table arranged pleasantly in the middle of the room. Discuss your plans for the day ahead or simply opt to do nothing but unwind in this tranquil setting. The driveway outside, runs right around the properties' perimeter, allowing you to drive in and out without reversing.

There is a large garden with peaceful views over the countryside and a picnic bench at which to soak up the Scottish sunshine with a drink. A farm tour can be arranged if you would like to see what we do down at the farm. Head out in the car to Jedburgh, where you will find a plethora of shops, pubs and award-winning restaurants.
