Downstairs has a living room, a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a conservatory with a table and chairs.
Upstairs has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an office with a travel cot and a single futon available for any extra guests.
Outside has a large lawned garden area with furniture provided in an outdoor laundry shed. Parking is available for one car. Newbury Cottage is perfect for small families.
